GRAND BLANC — The Grand Blanc Arts Council will present the 22nd annual Art Fair from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 31, and Sunday, Aug. 1, at Physicians Park in Grand Blanc.
Several local and statewide artists will be on hand to display their work in jewelry, painting, watercolor, ceramics, woven art and constructions.
What great fun to stroll through the fair with your family and friends for the day.
The fair will have food vendors, a silent auction, GBAC member artwork, and local musicians playing original and cover tunes.
Visitors also can sit in the shade under the pavilion and enjoy cool drinks with all the sights and sounds.
A children’s playground is attached to the park, which is within easy walking distance to downtown Grand Blanc establishments.
This event is sponsored by the Grand Blanc Arts Council with proceeds going to the development of the arts in the Grand Blanc area including the Annual Grand Blanc High School Student Art Show, Art in the Schools, and local artist shows at the Grafted Root eatery.
The Grand Blanc Art Fair is outside and free to the public, come out and enjoy a day with the arts, it’s a fun day for everyone. — L.R.
