GRAND BLANC — Registration is still open for the 4th annual London Strong “Set Your Dreams” 5K run and walk.
The in-person, live race will take place at The Jewel in Grand Blanc, 5270 Perry Rd.
An AED will be presented at the race to a local facility, making it the 17th AED that race organizers have granted.
The Thomas Smith Memorial Foundation will provide free heart screenings for youth 13 to 18 years old, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Time slots will fill up fast. To sign up, visit www.signupgenius.com/go/60b0845a4aa29a6f94-free1.
The London Strong store will have merchandise available and the McKenna’s Squad Beauty Bar.
Special guests include the Genesee County Humane Society and Flint City Pits with adoptable pets.
There still is time to register up to race day and registrations will be taken on race day starting at 4 p.m. in person. The race starts at 6 p.m., and Kitten Caboodle for ages 8 and younger, will take place shortly before the main race.
