Area athlete to play in upcoming contest



ALLENDALE — Carman-Ainsworth senior Cleandre Robinson, a 6-foot-2 offensive guard who signed his national letter of intent to play football starting this fall at Lackawanna College in Pennsylvania, will suit up for the West squad at the Michigan High School Football Coaches 2013 All-Star Game. The contest will take place on June 22 at 2 p.m. at Grand Valley State University, tickets are $5 in advance or $10 at the gate and the West team is being coached by East Lansing’s Bill Feraco while the East coach is Mike Zdebski of Walled Lake Western.
