— Baker College of Flint nursing students recently participated in Hurley Medical Center’s “A Day Just For You,” a day dedicated to women and featuring fitness, fashion, food and health education.

Four Baker College of Flint nursing students set up a booth at the event, taking free blood pressure readings throughout the day. Baker College of Flint has participated in many community health screening events and flu clinics. Baker students have participated in the Hurley event for the past three years. — Natalie Blythe
