Work has begun on the $18 million performing arts center at Davison High School, part of the $71.39 million bond approved by voters in March of 2020. The construction is taking place at the southwest corner of the building, originally built in 1971, and is the centerpiece of many updates and improvements at the high school and other buildings throughout the district. The district hopes to open the new performing arts center in January.
