The Cavalier boys dropped a 21-9 contest to Mt. Pleasant last Wednesday at Grand Blanc Lanes.

Sophomore Devin Lawson rolled a 181, while Chance Myott had a 177 and Dion Smith recorded a 171.

Carman-Ainsworth was victorious in the opening Baker game, 161-145, but things changed quickly when Mt. Pleasant took the second Baker game, 189-131. The Oilers also secured the win in both team games, 7-2 and 6-3.

The Cavs were at the Saginaw Valley League boys’ tournament following Wednesday’s deadline, while the girls compete today. – B.P.
