Bristol Road roundabout public meeting scheduled Thursday

FLINT TWP. — The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) invites the public to attend an informational meeting regarding a proposed roundabout on the northbound I-75 on and off ramps to Bristol Road in Genesee County, according to a press release.

The meeting is set for 3-6 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 11 in the Sharp Conference Room at Bishop International Airport, G-3425 West Bristol Road.

The proposed work includes intersection safety improvements, as well as the construction of a roundabout. The purpose is to enhance safety and access management, and provide congestion relief.

Interested residents and business and community representatives are invited to stop by anytime during this open house-style meeting to learn more about the project and provide input. MDOT staff members will be available to answer questions.

Free parking will be validated only for those using the short-term parking lot, located just outside the entrance to the main terminal. Parking will be validated at the meeting.
