FLINT — Meghan Borgerding advanced to match play in the Flint Junior Golf Association’s season-ending tournament this week. The Carman-Ainsworth sophomore-to-be shot 94 in Monday’s qualifying round at Atlas Valley Country Club to grab the fourth and final match-play spot in the Jack Nicklaus Group’s first flight. She lost her semifinal match, 2-up, to Taylor Przybylowicz on Tuesday at Swartz Creek Golf Course.
