LANSING — The Carman-Ainsworth boys’ and girls’ bowling teams participated in the regional tournament at Royal Scot Lanes in Lansing last Friday and Saturday.
Neither team advanced to the state tournament, but three individual bowlers advanced to states in Division 1. On the boys’ side, Quinton Burnett finished third at the tournament with a score of 1,233.
The girls’ team got two through to the state meet. Quinisha Burnett placed eighth at the regional with a score of 1,093, while Kenzey Lord finished 10th with a score of 1,073.
The finals will be held on March 4-5 at M-66 Bowl in Battle Creek.
