SWARTZ CREEK — The Swartz Creek Area Chamber of Commerce helped celebrate the one of Swartz Creek’s newest businesses, Creek Nutrition, with a ribbon cutting ceremony in November.

Located in Carriage Plaza, at 9041 Miller Road, Suite 3, Creek Nutrition provides protein shakes and teas.

“We act as a fast-food health restaurant,” said owner Karmen Verbowski. “But we also offer at-home programs for fat loss, muscle gain and overall health.”

Creek Nutrition’s teas provide healthy energy while boosting metabolism and they’re packed with antioxidants, Verbowski said.

The protein shakes provide 24 grams of protein, 21 essential vitamins and minerals, and four grams of fiber, offering a full, healthy meal with the macro and micro nutrients bodies need, she said.

The business’ mission is to help its clientele become healthier in a “happy, positive environment.”

“We help people get results with fat loss, muscle gain or just to feel more energized,” Verbowski said. — L.R.
