FLINT — Citizens Bank Wealth Management, N.A., is pleased to announce that John A. Ransom II has been named vice president and business development officer and Loretta A. Baker has been named vice president and IRA specialist.
Ransom specializes in the growth and development of the wealth business working with a team of trust professionals in the administration, and relationship management of personal trusts.
Baker is responsible for the administration, oversight and relationship management of Individual Retirement Accounts.

Ransom brings more than 20 years of experience to Citizens. Most recently, he worked at Comerica Bank as a wealth adviser, has served as a financial adviser for Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, and served as compliance and brokerage director at Sigma Financial Corporation.
“Loretta brings a vast amount of expertise and will enhance the outstanding service provided to our clients,” said Ronan.
She brings 28 years of fiduciary experience to Citizens. Prior to joining Citizens Bank Wealth Management, she worked at JP Morgan Chase as a senior estate officer focusing on taxation law and trust administration.
Baker is a Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP). She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Probate and Taxation, and Estate Planning Sections. She is a former Internal Revenue Service estate and gift tax attorney. — G.G.
