Nealis graduates from Cedarville University

CEDARVILLE, OH — Joseph Nealis of Davison, graduated from Cedarville University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies during the 124th annual commencement held May 2.

Cedarville University located between Dayton and Columbus, Ohio is an accredited, Christ-centered, Baptist institution with an enrollment of 4,380 undergraduate, graduate, and online students in more than 150 areas of study. — G.G.

Bob Jones University students named to President’s List

GREENVILLE, SC — The following students are among approximately 800 Bob Jones University students named to the President’s List for high academic achievement during the Spring 2020 semester.

To qualify for the President’s List, students must earn a 3.75 or higher grade point average for the semester.

John Bishop, a Senior Premed/Predent from Davison, was named to the President’s List.

Edward Bowen, a Sophomore Business Administration from Davison, was named to the President’s List.

Morgan Pettingill, a Senior Educational Studies from Davison, was named to the President’s List.

Hunter Stinedurf, a Senior Engineering from Davison, was named to the President’s List. — G.G.

Bob Jones University students named to Dean’s List

GREENVILLE, SC — The following students are among more than 850 Bob Jones University students named to the Dean’s List for the Spring 2020 semester.

The Dean’s List recognizes students who earn a 3.00-3.74 grade point average during the semester. The following students were named to the Spring 2020 Dean’s List:

Jenna Bishop, a Freshman Kinesiology major; and Brianna White, a Freshman Criminal Justice major, both from Davison. — G.G.

Winter 2020 Dean’s List announced

ALMA — Alma College has released the Dean’s List for those students who achieved outstanding academic performance during the 2020 Winter Term. Students who achieve a 3.5 or better grade point average during a term, while carrying a minimum of 13 credits, at least eight of which are evaluative grades, are named to the Dean’s List.

Those earning honors from Davison include: Alexandra Dudock, Marleigh Matthews and Shaylee Seymour, all seniors and graduates of Davison High School. — G.G.
