CORUNNA – The Country Corn Maze, 450 N. Vernon Rd., is open for its 15th season.
The 2015 theme is “To God and Country, Washington’s Prayer” and features four mazes with 7.8 miles of paths. Farm Tracks Maze for beginners and young children.
A new Treasure Hunt Maze is also included, just look for hidden Treasure, competing against your friends to win a prize.
Washington Maze and IQ Hub Maze feature six check navigational check points each and Farm Scene Investigation Games.
Farmer Joe is missing and there is a rumor that some of the farm animals are guilty. Find the hidden clues in the maze. Find out Who Dunnit? Win a prize.
Fun during the day or have a blast after dark (flashlights are required). This family-oriented event is great for all ages.
It’s great for school field Trips, youth groups, and scouts and so forth. There is also a Jumping Ball Race Track, Corn Cannon, seasonal produce and pumpkins.
Concessions are served in the restored 100- year old barn.
The Country Corn Maze is the premier agricultural entertainment attraction in Shiawassee County. The Country Corn Maze is owned and operated by the Martindale family. Brian and Jami, sons Levi, Zach, Gabe and daughters-in-law, Amanda and Hannah.
The Corn Maze is open through Nov. 1 and is open Thursdays and Fridays 6-10 p.m., Saturdays 1-10 p.m., and Sundays 1-8 p.m.
Admission age 4 and under free, ages 5-11 and seniors and 65-plus $6., ages 12 and up $9.
