Courts reopen to the public follow lifting of COVID mandates

GENESEE COUNTY — The 67th District Court, Genesee County Probate Court and the 7th Judicial Circuit Court reopened to the general public, Monday.

Consistent with Resolution 2021- 437 of the Genesee County Board of Commissioners, the health emergency declaration for Genesee County is lifted.

All court facilities will be open to the public. There is no mask requirement for entrance and masks are permitted and recommended for those not vaccinated

Court proceedings scheduled to be conducted via zoom will continue to be conducted via zoom unless alternate direction is provided by the Court.
