Daffodil Days return through American Cancer Society

GENESEE COUNTY — The American Cancer Society has brought back Daffodil Days. Daffodil Days i s an opportunity for everyone to join the American Cancer Society in saving lives and leading the fight for a world without cancer.

Dollars raised through the program support groundbreaking research, patient services and other life-saving programs such as transportation to and from treatment.

Through the daffodil, the first flower of spring, this campaign brings a symbol of hope to cancer patients and those affected by the disease. Through the Gift of Hope option, instead of personally receiving flowers, volunteers will deliver a bunch to a local healthcare system to spread hope to oncology patients.

What a great thank you for clients, referrals, coworkers, friends, family or yourself too! Orders will be taken through Feb. 11 for availability of daffodils the week of March 20, the first week of Spring! Help spread the HOPE!
