Flint Festival Chorus to perform ‘A Little May Night of Music’

FLINT — The Flint Festival Chorus, under the direction ofWendy Bloom, will perform “A Little May Night Music” at 8 p.m., May 19 at W. Court Street Church of God, 2920 W. Court St.

The Flint Festival Chorus invites the public to experience the delight of a May night with music from the 80 plus voices of the Flint Festival Chorus. United in harmony, the FFC performs works that bring springtime to mind. Join us and experience the full artistry of this incredible musical organization.

The Flint Festival Chorus, an 80-plus member community chorus, experiences the excitement of performing with the Flint Symphony Orchestra (FSO) each year at The Whiting. In December, they join the orchestra on Holiday Pops, and next year they will perform Vaughan Williams’s A Sea Symphony April 13, 2013 with the Flint Symphony Orchestra under the direction of conductor Enrique Diemecke. — G.G.
