Flint man shot and killed outside Flint Township store


FLINT TWP. — Police have identified a Flint man who was shot and killed outside a Flint Township store on Sept. 6.

Investigators said that Lee Curlee, 43, died at the scene of a shooting that took place around 6 p.m. outside the PetSmart store on Miller Road. Witnesses told Flint Township police that Curlee was standing next to his car in the parking lot when the driver of a dark-colored vehicle pulled up, got out and fired several shots at the victim.

The suspect then got back into his vehicle and fled from the scene down Miller Road.
