FSO to hold auditions



FLINT
— The Flint Symphony Orchestra — Enrique Diemecke, Music Director and Conductor — has announced auditions will be held in September for the orchestra’s 2010-2011 season.

Section First Violins, Section Second Violins, Section Violas and Section Bass auditions will be Sept. 20 in the evening. In Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan School of Music, the above positions are for a minimum of 34 services, beginning with the 2010-2011 season.

Auditions for Third Bassoon will be Sept. 29 in the afternoon (in Flint at the Flint Institute of Music). The Third Bassoon position is for a minimum of 28 services, beginning with the 2010-2011 season.
