Participants should bring their own baskets and flashlights.

The parks department will fill plastic eggs with candy, toys, prizes and special golden tickets to redeem for larger prizes.

Pre-school children up to 4 years old will hunt at 7 p.m., followed by 5- to 8-year-olds at 8 p.m. and 9- to 12-year-olds at 8:30 p.m. The middle age group is nearly full already.
