BURTON — The Burton Kiwanis and the Fraternal Order of Police held their annual golf outing on Sept. 12 at IMA Brookwood in Burton.

This annual outing helps raise money for each organization that stays local in the community.

Twenty-three 4-person teams participated and there were a record 55 hole sponsors this year.

Additionally, Lagarda Security was the presenting sponsor with a very generous donation of $1,000.

The Burton Kiwanis and FOP are both very grateful to all sponsors, the golfers, and the businesses and individuals who have helped support this outing — every golfer walks away with a gift.
