SATURDAY, MAY 30

Murphy Elementary will host an outing May 30 at METAMORA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB. The $85 entry fee includes golf, continental breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special events include closest to pin, longest drive and hole in one contest. Contact Missy Olejniczak at 810-656-9423.

SATURDAY, MAY 30

The Genesee Athletic Boosters will hold their annual golf outing on Saturday, May 30, at SUGARBUSH GOLF CLUB in Davison. Shotgun start at 10 a.m. The entry fee is $75 per golfer and includes 18 holes with cart, hot dog, chips and drink at the turn and entry into contest holes (longest drive, closest to the pin and hole-inone). A dinner will follow in the clubhouse. A skins game and closest to the pin on the second shot will also be available. Please reserve your spot by May 15. After May 15, the entry fee increases to $85. SUNDAY, MAY 30

Faith Christian Family Church will hold its 15th annual youth benefit golf outing on May 30 at LAPEER COUNTRY CLUB. Registration is from 7-7:55 a.m., with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. The fee is $80 per person, which includes 18 holes of golf and a cart, prizes and a dinner buffet. Contests and prizes include $300 for the first-place team, $200 for second place and $100 for third, a hole-in-one prize, longest drive contests for men and women, putting contests with prizes of $200 for first place and $100 for second, and closest to the pin. Course rules apply, with appropriate dress of collared shirts and soft spikes. Non-golfer dinner tickets are $25. Contact Andrew at 810-667-0075.

The Lapeer Optimist Junior Golf Qualifier will be held at 1:30 p.m. May 31 at DEVIL’S RIDGE. The $50 entry fee includes the 18-hole local qualifier and lunch. The Swartz Creek Athletic Boosters will hold their annual golf outing on Sunday,May31,witha9a.m.shotgun start at GENESEE VALLEY MEADOWS. Cost is $60 per person and includes 18 holes with cart, hot dog, chips, pop or water at the turn, and light hors d’oeuvres after. Door prizes, longest drive, Vegas hole and more. The Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 175 in Genesee County will hold its eighth annual benefit outing on May 31 at IMA Brookwood Golf Club. Registration and a continental breakfast at 8 a.m., with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. The four-player 18-hole scramble includes closest to pin, longest drive and hole-in-one contests. The entry fee is $65 per person, or $60 if paid by May 17, and includes cart, range balls and luncheon. Must RSVP by May 17 even if payment is made the day of the event. FRIDAY, JUNE 5

The fourth annual Daley Acres Agricultural Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held Friday, June 5 at LAPEER COUNTRY CLUB. Registration for the 4-man scramble begins at 7 a.m., with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. Entry fee is $150 per individual or $600 for a foursome, which includes lunch and a banquet dinner. FRIDAY, JUNE 5

The First Tee of Eastern Michigan Golf Outing will be held at 8 a.m. June 5 at IMA BROOKWOOD GOLF CLUB. The cost is $100 per person, which includes continental breakfast, grill lunch, dinner and tee gift. Call 810- 249-7060.
