Golf Outings is provided by View Newspaper Group to give area service clubs, charitable organizations, non-profits, sports booster clubs and other civic and community organizations an opportunity to publicize their golf outings. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14

Franklin Avenue Mission of Flint’s Eastside is hosting the 3rd Annual Devoted Fellowship Charity Golf Outing on September 14 at THE FORTRESS GOLF COURSE. Shotgun start at 10 a.m. Cost of $95 per golfer includes golf with cart, lunch, dinner and prizes. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14

The 13th annual Love INC golf outing will be held September 14 at CASTLE CREEK GOLF COURSE. Registration starts at 7 a.m. with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. This event is a four-person scramble that includes 18 holes of golf with cart, hot dog at turn, appetizers and dinner. Skins, longest drive, closest to the pin, 50/50, putting contest and awards for first, second and third places. The Paul Wegrzyn Memorial Christmas for Kids outing will be held September 15 at METAMORA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB. Start time of 9 a.m. Cost of $75 per golfer or $300 per team includes 18 holes of golf with cart, hot dog at the turn and dinner. Closest to the pin, 50/50, Vegas hole, putting contest and longest drive. Raffles and prizes available. Bring a toy for the kids’ barrel. All proceeds benefit Christmas for Kids. Bishop Kelley Catholic School is hosting its annual golfing on September 22 at LAPEER COUNTRY CLUB. The four-person scramble costs $340 per foursome and includes 18 holes of golf with cart, breakfast, lunch at the turn and a banquet dinner.
