MUNDY TWP. — The newly named and renovated Best Western Flint Airport Inn & Suites celebrated a grand opening on Oct. 11, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau.
The Mundy Township hotel, which recently completed a $1.5 million renovation and rebranding, opened its doors to the community and provided refreshments and tours. The new hotel features 50 luxurious standard rooms and 19 elegant suites, including kitchenettes, to offer a variety of room types to suit every type of traveler from business to leisure.
New co-owners Maher (Mike) Qazaha and Majdi (Mark) Alkazaha said the pool, exterior and flower beds and everything in between was renovated.
