Hair resigns from school board, replacement sought

DAVISON — After serving nearly four years on the Board of Education, Trustee John Hair is resigning effective immediately.

According to a press release from Davison Community Schools, Hair recently moved out of the district.

“John has been a solid Board member and will be missed,” said Superintendent Kevin Brown.

“We will certainly miss Mr. Hair,” said Board President Kathy Sudia. “During these challenging times, his knowledge, dedication to students and sense of humor never waivered and were always welcome attributes at the table. We wish John well in this next chapter of his life.”

Since Hair’s term expires in Dec. 31, 2022, the Board of Education will appoint a replacement to complete the term.
