— Carman-Ainsworth Softball program members Shekia Holmes, 17; Chelsea Hoyt, 16; Auburn Hall, 17; Keri Hart, 17; Kelsey Ferguson, 16; Jazmine Luna, 16; Jennie Klapko, 15; and Haley Snider, 17; sold baked goods at Kroger’s Feb. 5 to raise money for the Carman-Ainsworth Senior Center and the softball program, which runs from elementary through varsity. The girls raised $692.53, purchasing $400 in baby care items and baby food to donate the the senior center. The remaining donations went back into the program, which is led by Varsity Coach Joe Willett.
