FRANKENMUTH — Thousands of bee lovers headed to Frankenmuth Saturday, Aug. 6 for the fifth annual Michigan Honey Festival.

Held in the Harvey Kern Pavilion, the event was a great way for bee keepers, aspiring bee keepers and honey lovers to visit with vendors, gain valuable insight into the bee keeping industry and more. The event also featured demonstrations, hands-on kid’s activities and vendors.

As in years past, this year’s Michigan Honey Festival helped raise funds for a valuable cause, this year it was the Farmer Veteran Coalition.
