LAPEER — Louie’s Sports Tavern, 3301 Davison Rd., will feature Team Trivia Begins every Wednesday 7-9 p.m. Prizes for winners each night 1st-3rd place.

Louie’s Sports Tavern will feature the Seahawks vs. Cardinals football game at 8 p.m. on Oct. 17. Entertainment for Oct. 18 will be Chris Brantley at 9:30 p.m. and Drew Machak on Oct. 19 at 9:30 p.m.

Dinosaurs return to Sloan

FLINT —Dinosaurs return to Flint! These dinosaurs don’t just look like real dinosaurs, they behave like real dinosaurs. Explore the Earth during the Cretaceous period through hands-on activities and interactive displays that encourage you to look, listen, and discover more about these fascinating creatures who used to rule the world. Discover the world of dinosaurs with lifelike, roaring, moving, prehistoric creatures.

The exhibit is now through Jan. 12 at the Sloan Museum, 1221 E. Kearsley St., Flint. Tickets are $9 for adults, $8 for Seniors (60+) $6 for Youth age 3-11, free for children age 2 and under. Annual Pass Holder Club Members receive free admission. — G.G.

Concerts coming up at The Machine Shop

FLINT — The Machine Shop, 3539 S. Dort Hwy., Flint, will present Craig Morgan with special guests Bullhonkey Deluxe and Alan Turner & The Steel Horse Band, Oct. 18. Tickets are $35 in advance.

Filter with special guests Red, Otherwise and We As Human, will perform Oct. 19. Tickets are $22 in advance.

Pet Smart presents Bret Michaels’ Life Rock Tour, with special guests Monkey Grinder and Ironsnake, Oct. 20. Tickets are $35 in advance.

Deadground Productions presents Deadfest with Rot Mouth, While Rome Burns. From This Day Forward, AllDay Monday and Vicariant, Oct. 25. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door.
