Concerts coming up at The Machine Shop
FLINT — On Aug. 15, The Machine Shop, 3539 S. Dort Hwy., Flint will feature Frequency Fifty Four, with special guest Chasing the Riot. Cost is $5. This is an album-release show.
Summer Happy Funtime Burlesque will perform Aug. Tickets are $10 in advance.
The Machine Shop will feature the Russell Wayne Tribute to Pink Floyd on Aug. 22, with special guests Building Birds and Cybil the Beast. Tickets are $12 in advance.

Entertainment at Louie’s
LAPEER — Louie’s Sports Tavern, 3301 Davison Rd., will feature Team Trivia begins every Wednesday 7-9 p.m. Prizes for winners each night 1st-3rd place.
Entertainment may not be scheduled Aug. 14 and 16 due to Lapeer Days. Jaime Marvin will perform at 9:30 p.m., Aug. 15.

Flash Cadillac to perform
FLINT — The Flint Symphony Orchestra will perform Aug. 16 with Flash Cadillac, at 3 p.m., in front of Flint City Hall. The event is free to the public and is part of the Back to the Bricks Festival.
Bring your lawn chair and join the FSO for an exhilarating Music in the Parks concert featuring an evening of great music from the Flint Symphony Orchestra and Flash Cadillac. If the skies look cloudy, join anyway at the rain location inside the Whiting.
Downtown streets will be blocked off for Back to the Bricks.
The first hour of this concert will be broadcast live from 3-4 p.m. on ABC12 and hosted by ABC12’s Angie Hendershot and Matt Franklin.
