Concerts coming up at The Machine Shop
FLINT — The Machine Shop, 3539 S. Dort Hwy., Flint, will present Taddy Porter, Tripp N Dixie and the Hangers On on March 24. Doors open at 7 p.m. This is a low dough show. Fair to Midland will perform March 25, with Periphery and Scale the Summit. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance. Inhale Exhale will perform with six metal bands at the Third Annual Indie Grace Concert on March 26. The other bands include Avenue Sky, Suffer the Truth, Blood of the Unborn, It Lies Within and After the Minor. Tickets are $5. Framing Hanley will perform March 31. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance. CD release party at Hahn Intermediate School
DAVISON — A 7 p.m. March 26 Kelsey Rottiers and Derek Turcsanyi will release their first full-length album — Kelsey Rottiers and The Rising Tide — at Hahn Intermediate School, 500 S. Dayton St., in Davison and the public is invited. The show is free but donations will be accepted to help the duo pay for the expense of the new CD, which will also be sold at the event for $15. — G.G.
