BURTON — It’s time once again for the Humane Society of Genesee County’s Annual Golf Outing. Now in its fourth year, this 4-person scramble provides a fun and festive atmosphere for golfers of all skill levels.
The Fourth Annual HSGC Golf Outing is scheduled Aug. 3 at Swartz Creek Golf Course, rain or shine. Registration begins at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. The cost is $400 per 4-person team and includes 18-holes, carts and meals. Donuts and coffee will get the players off to a great start with a picnic lunch at the turn and a delicious catered dinner at the finish. Golfers can also take advantage of a raffle, silent auction and cash bar.
Hole and cart sponsorships are available for companies interested in promoting their businesses while supporting a great cause. Deadline to register and/or sponsor is July 30. Registration and sponsorships can be completed online at www.geneseehuman.org. All proceeds from the event benefit the Humane Society of Genesee County.
