FLINT — An Inventory of Flint’s Modern Architectural Resources will be hosted by Michigan State Historic Preservation Office May 24 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Genesee County Historical Society, 316 W. Agricultural Society Charity Poker event

GRAND BLANC — The Genesee County Agricultural Society will be holding a charity poker event at the Grand Blanc Moose Lodge, 4043 Howe Rd. June 4-6. Poker will start at 4 p.m. through 2a.m. Both cash games and tournaments will be offered. Cash games will include $1/2 No-Limit Texas Hold-em, $2/4 limit Texas Hold-em, $3/6 limit Omaha Hi-Lo, and $.25/.5 No-limit Texas Hold-em. Texas Hold-em tournaments will start every night at 7 p.m. with $30 entry-fee for $30,000 in tournament chips.
