In brief

Mill Road Bridge winterization in Flint Township

FLINT TWP. — The Genesee County Road Commission will be winterizing the Mill Road Bridge project over the Flint River in Flint Township. The anticipated open to traffic date is June 1, as weather conditions allow. The GCRC was unable to complete this project in the fall of 2018 due to a month-long Operators’ Union Lockout, which caused multiple statewide construction project disruptions.

Suspension of temperamental work activities until warmer weather returns will provide a higher quality of service to the motoring public. — G.G.
