DAVISON TWP. — C&L Ward has announced the appointment of Michelle Shook, CMD, as their new vice president of marketing.
Shook will be overseeing the overall marketing strategy, advertising, events, community relations budgeting, digital communications and public relations for the company’s four locations.
She has a proven 18-year track record of marketing, sales and communications management, including 12 years in the shopping center and retail industry. Her career highlights a background comprised of positions in the field as well as a corporate officer and as a regional vice president with Prime Retail. She obtained the prestigious Certified Marketing Director designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers in 2005. Engineering society dinner
FLINT — The Mid-Michigan Section of the Society of Automotive Engineers – SAE International, will hold its March dinner and program meeting on March 18, at the Holiday Inn — Gateway Center, US23 at Hill Rd.
The speaker for the evening will be Jeff Lemke, creator and builder of Michigan’s exotic supercar, the Falcon F7.
A Falcon F7 will be on display for this program. Social hour is at 6-7 p.m. The program begins at 8 p.m.
The dinner cost for SAE and SVEC members is $30, retired SAE member cost is $25, and student cost is $20. Non-member cost is $35. This event is open to the public.
