GBHS Band Boosters to host Mom2Mom Sale
GRAND BLANC — The Grand Blanc High School Band Boosters are hosting their annual Mom2Mom Sale, April 20 from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in the large gym at Grand Blanc High School.
Approximately 70 tables will be available for moms to sell/buy gently-used children’s clothing, toys and other items.
The following vendors will also be featured at the sale: Origami Owl, Thirty-One, Avon, May Kay, Scentsy, Tupperware, and more.
Table rental is $20 for a 6-foot table. Rack space is available at $3 each. All larger items (car seats, strollers, cribs, large toys, etc.) will be placed in the “Large Item” area at a cost of $1 each item.

100 Scouts from Troop 368 reach rank of Eagle
GRAND BLANC — Boy Scouts of America Troop 368, chartered by First Congregational United Church of Christ, 6494 Belsay Rd., will be celebrating 100 Scouts reaching the rank of Eagle through the Troop on May 11.

Kidney cancer support group to meet April 23
FLINT — The Kidney Cancer Educational Support Group will meet April 23 1:30-3:30 p.m. at Genesys Hurley Cancer Institute, 302 Kensington, Flint. Featured speaker is Dr. Elizabeth l. Heath, MD/FACP, Associate Professor of Oncology, Wayne State University, Research Director, Karmanos Cancer Institute.
The topic is “Dose Does Matter in Renal Cell Carcinoma Treatment.”
