Yeo & Yeo celebrates 30 years in IT

SAGINAW — Yeo & Yeo Computer Consulting, an affiliate of Yeo & Yeo CPAs & Business Consultants, celebrates 30 years in information technology.

YYCC launched as a two-person division of Yeo & Yeo CPAs & Business Consultants in 1984, incorporated in 1996 and has since grown to more than 35 employees. YYCC currently supplies IT solutions to more than 300 clients from its office in Saginaw.

President Jeff McCulloch said he is proud to be part of a business that has served its client base for three decades.

Nominations sought for 2014 Libby Award

FLINT – Do you admire a woman who is involved in activities that empower and provide a positive role model for women and girls in Genesee County? Has she devoted her time, talent and treasure to area nonprofit organizations that provide programs and services to educate and inspire women or girls of all ages?

Then consider honoring this individual by submitting her name in nomination for the 2014 Libby Award sponsored by the Flint Women and Girls Fund of the Community Foundation of Greater Flint. The award was created in 2000 to honor the achievements and contributions of Olivia P. “Libby” Maynard, a lifelong philanthropist and advocate for women and girls in Genesee County.

The Libby Award is presented every two years to an outstanding woman who:

• Demonstrates philanthropic activity on behalf of women and girls

Applications are being accepted through Aug. 4. The award will be presented during Flint Women & Girls Day set for Oct. 7 at 7:30 a.m. at the Flint Golf Club. Nomination forms are available online at www.cfgf.org.
