IMA Brookwood center to host Easter Brunch
BURTON — Easter is right around the corner! Do you have plans to spend time with your family this year? If not, consider hopping on down to IMA Brookwood Golf & Banquet Center’s annual holiday Easter Brunch.
IMA Brookwood’s Easter Brunch offers a family friendly menu that is affordable and delicious! The Brunch includes Carved Beef, Roasted Turkey with Dressing, Glazed Ham, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Penne with Sundried Tomatoes and Basil, Assorted Cold Salads, Scrambled Eggs, Applewood Bacon, Sausage, American Fries, French Toast, Cinnamon Rolls, Muffins & Pastries, Assorted Juices, Coffee, Hot Herbal Teas, Cookies, Cakes, Pies and a Candy Bar.
The All You Can Eat Easter Brunch will be held on Easter, April 5, from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. with seatings offered every hour. The cost is $17.95 for adults, $8.50 for children 5-12, children 4 and under are free. Due to the popularity of the brunch, reservations and prepayment are required. ‘Financial Management’ Workshop set for March 17
FLINT — A free “Financial Management” workshop for small business will be presented at Kettering University in Flint on March 17, 1-4 p.m.
“Financial Management” is designed to help small business owners. It introduces basic accounting concepts and how to apply financial information that helps small business owners manage a business more effectively. Key documents reviewed include Cash flow Statement, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet, using specific small business examples. The course is designed to help entrepreneurs understand financial statements to work more effectively with their accounting team.
