Renaissance Fest celebrates 39 Years

HOLLY – The Michigan Renaissance Festival is back and celebrating 39 years of family fun, providing opportunities for fans to escape from this realm and journey into a time when Kings and Queens rule and Mermaids and Fairies are more than just a dream. Classic cars and Soul’d Out to benefit FIM

FLINT —Flint Institute of Music (FIM) presents Cars and Bars, from 5-10 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 14, at Bobby’s Warehouse, 1111 James P. Cole Blvd., Flint, MI 48503. A fundraising event hosted by Dr. Bobby Mukkamala to support FIM and Sloan Museum. Bring your own classic ride and join the party! Over 35 classic to new vehicles, including favorite models from movies and television will be on display with a live performance by Soul’d Out and food from Brick Street Bar & Grill and more. Vendors sought for church Craft Show

FLINT TWP. — The scholarship committee at New Creation Church of God, 3472 Lennon Rd., will hold a Fall Craft Show, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16. Vendors are needed (crafts, retail, arts, baked goods, and services). Tables are $20 each. Bike Night wrapping up at Harley-Davidson
