“We didn’t have anyone qualify for the state meet, so as far as swimming goes, we’re done. There’s a potential we could have some divers make it to the state meet if they make it through regionals because, with diving, only the top placers move on,” said head coach Kevin McGlashen.
The Lady Cavs have been assigned to Fenton diving regional No. 5-2 along side Auburn Hill-Avondale, Auburn-Bay City Western, Bay City Central, Dexter, Fenton, Holly, Holland, Highland-Milford, Midland, Midland Dow, Okemos, Ortonville-Brandon, Owosso, Pinckney, Rochester Hills-Rochester, Rochester Adams, Saginaw Heritage, Saginaw Arthur Hill, Swartz Creek, Walled Lake Western, White Lake-Lakeland, Ypsilanti Community and Ypsilanti-Lincoln.
The Div. 2 state meet is scheduled for Nov. 22-23 at Eastern Michigan University.
