GRAND BLANC — The City of Grand Blanc will continue to limit certain city operations to mitigate risks of the COVID-19 virus.
The following operational measures will be in effect until May 1 at 8 a.m. The City will release any new information regarding potential changes to City operations, if changes continue.
These measures will not impact critical services such as drinking water, police, fire, waste and recycling operations.
City Hall will be shut down to visitors until May 1. Depending on the public health situation, that may be extended. Phones will remain on.
Park Pavilion Reservations will begin on May 1. No fingerprinting will be done at the Police Department. Utilizing the drop-box outside the front door for all:
• Utility Billing Payments
• Absentee Applications
• Absentee Ballots
• Gun Permit Applications
Any other paperwork procedures Free Credit Card processing for online payments. The General Fund will pay the fee. No water shut offs. No staff will be sent to homes for inspections, if possible. All non-essential meetings will be canceled. DPW, Public Safety and Planning Commission meetings are canceled. All Park bathrooms will be closed. Parks will remain open for general use.
