MARIE CLAUDIA KING, 93, of Grand Blanc (formerly of Clinton Township), passed away Monday, September 14, 2020, at Ascension Genesys Hospital, with her family by her side.
Claudia was born in Ste. Therese, New Brunswick, Canada, on October 5, 1926, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest and Leonile (Roy) Boudreau. As a young woman, Claudia met the love of her life, Elmer King. The two dated, fell in love and were married in Wallaceburg, Ontario, in 1946. Sadly, he preceded her in death on March 27, 2018.

In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, going to the casino, playing cards, doing word searches and simply having fun!
Left to cherish Claudia’s memory are her daughters, Connie (Brian) Fishtahler and Diane (Peter) Schmidt; daughter-in-law, Lynn King; grandchildren, Amie (Trevor), Eric (Shannon), Alicia and Cory; great-grandchildren, Lauren, Lillian, Olivia, Maxwell and Cole; and sister, Rita (Peter) Walker.
