FLINT — Mott Community College (MCC) wants to make college shopping safe and easy. The College is hosting its Annual Regional College Fair Oct. 29 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Zoom.
Representatives from more than 50 colleges and universities from Michigan, as well as out-of-state, will be available to discuss admission requirements, programs of study, financial options and student life on their campuses. In addition, MCC divisions will showcase their programs. There will also be a “How to Finance Your Education” workshop at 7 p.m.
“This is a great opportunity for area high school students and their families to explore college options while staying safe,” said Regina Broomfield, Director of Admissions. “They will need to preregister for the event (online) or call 810-762-0200,” she said.
The virtual College Fair is an opportunity to find the right college, learn about degree programs, get information on financing an education, and learn how MCC credits transfer to just about anywhere. — G.G.
