Mako robotic-arm assisted surgery is a procedure designed to relieve the pain caused by joint degeneration due to arthritis. By selectively targeting the damaged cartilage, the surgeon can spare the healthy bone and ligaments surrounding the arthritic portion of the joint. Registration is required.
