GRAND BLANC TWP. — Local families now have a new option in Grand Blanc to help celebrate the holidays. Dan and Kerri Hajek are owners of Santa’s Farm, located at 7097 Vassar Road between Perry and McCandlish.
The 10 acres features a unique indoor venue for a “Visit and Pictures with Santa at the Farm” for families to create wonderful memories for years to come.
Santa has a cool John Deere® green and yellow grain bin where Santa will meet the families and they can visit and take pictures at their reserved time. No crowds like other locations may feature or waiting in lines, resulting in cranky children! Just make reservations (20-minute blocks) and then spend your special time with Santa. After visiting in the grain bin, visitors will go to the big pole barn, which has “Santa’s Sleigh” and elves and you can enjoy a tasty hot chocolate, popcorn (Santa’s favorite happy food!), play with old fashioned toys and take more pictures in his sleigh.
Santa’s visiting hours begin on the farm Nov. 22, from 5-8 p.m. and will be open Friday’s (5-8 p.m.), Saturdays and Sundays (12-8 p.m.) through Dec. 22. More information is available at www.facebook.com/santasfarmgrandblanc/ or www.santasfarmgb.com where reservations can be made, or call Kerrie at 810-210-2174 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. — P.S.
