FLINT TWP. — A change in ownership is pending for Genesee Valley Center mall but details have not been released.
Mall vice president and general manager Ed McHale confirmed last week that the change is pending but said he did not have more details available.
He also said he could not provide a timeline but that it is “close” and will have little impact on current mall operations including personnel.
McHale said the media would be notified as soon as he knows more.
Genesee Valley Mall, located at 3341 S. Linden Road, is owned by Genesee Valley Partners Limited Partnership and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.
