The parade begins at Raining Cats and Dogs, 646 S. Main St., Frankenmuth, at 2 p.m. with costume judging at 4 p.m. There will be donuts and cider by Forever Friends Pet Rescue and other goodies by Michigan Pug Rescue
Professional Pet Photography to capture the moment by Hillier Studios of Bridgeport.
This event is hosted by Raining Cats and Dogs in Frankenmuth
“This is one of the most fun days in Frankenmuth for a pet owner,” said store owner Carol Bauman. Last year the sidewalks were full of people watching Dachshunds dressed up as hot dogs, a Yorkie dressed up as a witch, a Labradoodle “wizard” and even a Chihuahua riding a motorcycle!”
Most of the businesses on Main Street in Frankenmuth are participating in the “trick-ortreating” and will have a paw print in their window or door to show their participation.
