ROAD BLOCK — The popularity of the back entrance to Genesee Valley Center from Dutcher Road was readily apparent judging by the volume of cars forced to turn around last Wednesday morning while the road was temporarily roped off for repaving work. The closure was unannounced and there were no signs posted notifying incoming traffic which either made a U-turn, turned left to find an outlet to Miller Road via streets in the Mlle Road Subdivision or turned right to exit through the parking lot of the closed movie theater. The back entrance reopened later in the day. Mall parking lot improvements have been ongoing for several weeks. Other mall entrances off Miller and Linden roads remained opened.
