Pink Night Palooza goes virtual Oct. 1

GENESSEE COUNTY — Celebrating 12 years of raising awareness and money for those affected by breast cancer, Pink Night Palooza presented by Financial Plus Credit Union and the Hurley Foundation, returns this year on Thursday, Oct. 1.

For the safety of guests and volunteers, this year’s event — hosted by Chris Swanson — is going virtual!

Each Party Pack Ticket holder will receive a T-shirt, pink brandana and a glow koozie with drink mix. The cost for the party pack is $55 and also includes a link to the Exclusive Pre-Pink Virtual Party where each guest is entered into five drawings. A total of $1,200 in giveaway prizes will be handed out at the pre-party.

The main event kicks off at 7 p.m. with Swanson auctioning off decorated bras and other great items. Bidding is open to all attendees

Money raised at Pink Night Palooza goes to the Breast Navigation program that helps to directly relieve financial burdens so cancer patients can concentrate on treatments, wellness and getting back to work, if possible. Knowing that most people don’t plan ahead to be off work for several months due to breast cancer, Hurley’s program identifies gaps within their patient’s care and assists with financial hardships they may encounter including treatment co-pays, house payments, auto payments, purchasing a wig, groceries, and much more.
