FLINT TWP. — Claressa Shields, 2012 Women’s Boxing Olympic Gold Medalist, will be a guest speaker at the 2nd annual Sister-to-Sister Summit, sponsored by the Ruth Mott Foundation.

Designed to motivate young women ages 8-18 toward personal and academic achievement, this year’s free event is open to all and will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 21 at New Creation Church of God, 3472 Lennon Road.

Caresse Jackman of ABC 12 News will be the moderator. The day will include a continental breakfast from 8:30 – 9 a.m., lunch, a panel discussion and performances by Tapology and Cherrise Bradley,
