FLINT TWP. — Flint Township police have arrested a suspect in connection to a shooting and road rage incident that took place three weeks ago.
On July 10, officers with the Flint Township Police Department were dispatched to the 3500 block of Concord Street for a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a 34-year-old male resident of Flint Township who had been shot while sitting inside his vehicle. He was transported by an ambulance to a local hospital and was listed in critical condition.
A week later, investigators were able to identify the shooting suspect and track him down in the township. Police have not released details on what led up to the road rage incident and the shooting.
The suspect, whose name has not been released, is facing multiple charges, including assault with attempt to murder.
