— Drivers traveling through Flint Township will notice some work being done on the roads.

Now through the end of the month, the Genesee County Road Commission is continuing its micro surfacing work on Lennon Road, from Linden Road to Miller Road. Lane closures are in effect during this time, and motorists may experience lane closures on some stretches of Lennon Road.

In addition to Flint Township, the road commission is working on Hill Road, from Torrey Road to Taylor Drive, in Mundy Township and Holly Road, from Baldwin Road to I-75 in Grand Blanc Township. The work is part of the road commission’s 2010 Micros Surfacing Program. During this time, the road commission ask for drivers to slow down and drive cautiously in all work zones.
